The Acrylic Dual Massage walk in bathtub exemplifies the standard of quality and luxury displayed throughout the entire line of Acrylic Walk In Baths. A perfect solution for those in need of safer bathing, the 3055 Acrylic Walk in Tub comes standard with a textured slip resistant floor, two safety grab bars, and Dual Drain Technology that allows the tub to be drained in as little as 80 seconds for a guaranteed worry free exit.
Mobility Bathworks acrylic baths are built to last starting with a high gloss cast acrylic shell which is easy to clean, scratch resistant, and impermeable to mold and bacteria. The shell is then reinforced with a rugged stainless steel frame which distributes weight over 9 leveling legs.
The toe kick access panel is designed for a convenient above floor rough-in and can even be removed entirely for a lowered threshold option. By utilizing the wall extension kit and the end access panel(s), your Mobility Bathworks Walk In Bath can easily be installed into a 2 or 3 wall setting and even has the capability to be a free-standing unit so it retro-fits into almost any existing bathroom.

AIR MASSAGE
This system features 20 individual air jets placed around the tub. These jets send air bubbles that cling to the skin to promote circulation. An added benefit with air jets is that bath salts and oils can be used.

HYDRO MASSAGE
HYDRO MASSAGE 6 to 10 chrome water jets provide a more vigorous, focused massage as water sprays out of the jets which are strategically placed throughout your tub to hit specific areas such as your neck, shoulders, back, arms, hips, legs, and feet.

Shipping Policy
All orders over $199 qualify for free curbside shipping to the contiguous United States.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or charge for shipping when the cost of shipping is impracticable.
We ship smaller items via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.
Lead Times
Orders received on Monday-Friday are processed same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day, which is usually the following Monday.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after processing. Backordered products might require additional business days before shipping.
We do our best to indicate accurate lead times on our website. However, the lead times and estimates stated on our website are not guaranteed.
Freight Shipping
Many of the items we sell at Premier Department are too big and/or too heavy to fight in a normal postal carrier vehicle.
These big/heavy items will be shipped via a freight carrier. We reserve the right to choose which freight carrier delivers your shipment.
Freight shipments are dropped off at your curb. The driver is not expected to take your items inside, to the backyard, etc. Plan on having helpers present to move heavy/bulky items if you are unable to move the items yourself.
Freight shipping is more complicated than a regular postal carrier delivery, in large part due to the heavy and bulky nature of the items being shipped. Delays are possible that are out of our control. We do not guarantee delivery times.
Returns
Premier Department wants to ensure a fair shopping experience for all of our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your product might be eligible for a return.
We do not charge restocking fees, however, you are responsible for shipping costs (to and from) for any returns. Additionally, you are responsible for the payment processing fees associated with your transaction. You are responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to return an item even if we offered free shipping on your order.
Please note we can ONLY process returns for unused, unopened products that are still in the original manufacturer packaging with all manuals, accessories, packing slips, and packing materials.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Items that are NOT eligible for returns include the following:
Used items, opened items, or items that have been removed from original packaging.
Items that have been assembled or installed. Clearance, custom made, or made-to-order products.
Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Items that are noted "not returnable" in the item description.
Items that you ship to us without receiving an a Return Approval.
If your item(s) are unused, unassembled, and still in original packaging and are not otherwise ineligible for a return, you can request a return by sending an email to support@premierdepartment.com with the following information:
Your name
Your order number
The reason for your return
A photo of the unused, unopened item(s). This can be a simple cell phone photo - we just need this photo for reference in case the item(s) are damaged when they are shipped to us You will receive a return email from us either approving the return or requesting more information. Please note the following terms and procedure for approved returns:
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. This includes the shipping costs incurred by Premier Department to ship the items to you. Original shipping charges paid by you are also ineligible for a refund.
Once your return is approved, we will send Return Approval with shipping labels and instructions on how to ship your return.
After your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund, less shipping costs and charges associated with the return.
After inspection, we will issue a refund. Any return requests made more than 30 days after delivery will be denied. There are absolutely no exceptions.
